Terms of Service

The service

Brandalf is a marketing software service operated by Active Games (Chaos Karts UAE), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It connects to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Meta ad accounts you authorize, and can import the Google Drive files you choose. It analyses performance, and creates and manages marketing campaigns on your behalf, subject to the budgets and approvals you control.

Your account and your accounts

• You must have the authority to connect the business accounts you connect, and your use of Meta and Google platforms remains governed by their own terms.
• You are responsible for the budgets you set and the actions you approve. Brandalf will never spend beyond the caps you configure.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

Ad spend

Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to the payment method on your own ad account. Brandalf fees, where applicable, are agreed separately in writing. We never mark up your ad spend.

No guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on many things outside anyone's control. We work to improve your results and show you honest numbers, but we do not guarantee specific performance, reach or revenue.

Ending the service

You can stop using Brandalf and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend the service for misuse, non-payment, or where required by Meta's platform rules. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
